From an early age, and with different cultural and academic backgrounds, Becky Turner and João Pires, founders of Pires & Turner wines showed a passion for sustainable community and economic development, always involved in international projects both in humanitarian health missions and in trade for social impact. Their diversity of experiences, both personal and professional, places them in a privileged position to create and innovate-- building on the regional wine profiles to produce high quality and sustainable boutique green wine for international markets. Becky and Joao are not only focused on ensuring that Pires & Turner wine brings joy to the consumer but especially to the local producers and collaborators of Baiao who are empowered to work for the success of this wine and the interior of Portugal!
